Melissa Mercogliano, PT, DPT, OCS (Clinic Founder)
Melissa graduated from the University of Puget Sound Physical Therapy program in 1988. In 2006, she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She is an APTA board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and also has her certification in edema management.
Melissa is the owner and clinical manager of the Center for Orthopedic and Lymphatic Physical Therapy and is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Puget Sound in their Physical Therapy program.
Marijke received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2012 from San Diego State University where she was a undergraduate teaching assistant for Basic Anatomy. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. She has relocated to the Northwest and is continuing to advance her manual therapy skills and her desire to have a specialty in lymphedema management.

Nicole Padmos, DPT
Nicole received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Washington State University where she was an undergraduate teaching assistant in Exercise Prescription for Chronic Conditions. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro University Nevada. She has returned to her hometown of Port Orchard and is working towards a specialty in orthopedics and lymphedema treatments.
Matthew Kelly, DPT
Matthew received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst where he helped advise students interested in joining the healthcare field. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University on Long Island, New York. Shortly after graduating Matthew earned his LSVG certification (BiG program) and worked as a traveling therapist for a year to fulfill his passion of seeing the world. He then relocated to the Northwest and continues to advance his skills for orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.
Siam "JoJo" Suthiboon, PTA
Siam “Jojo” Suthiboon graduated from Green River Community College in Auburn, Washington with his PTA degree after leaving a career with the airlines. He is a life long adventurer and became interested in physical therapy as a career while rehabbing his own injuries. He has spent his PTA career working with adults to restore their ability to function in activities of daily living and return to their desired recreation. He is a quick study and looking forward to expanding his physical therapy knowledge and skill set.
Cheryl Rogers, Practice Manager
Cheryl is responsible for the day to day operation of the clinic. Cheryl holds a bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Arts & Science from the University of Washington and certifications in Health Information Technology and Medical Coding. She has 12+ years of healthcare leadership experience in both hospital and medical office environments.
Rebekah Lewis, Front Office Lead
Rebekah is the front office lead at COLPT and is responsible for scheduling all patient appointments. Originally born in Houston, TX her family relocated to the great Northwest when she was nine. She has been in the healthcare industry for 16 years. Her professionalism and charming disposition make her the perfect person to coordinate your scheduling needs.
Norman received his BS in Physical Therapy in 1996 from the University of Perpetual Help, Binan Laguna, Phillippines. He started his physical therapy career in Texas and moved to Washington State in 2012. He has worked in a variety of settings, but his passion is using hands on skills to provide compassionate care to help patients achieve optimal function. Norman earned his COMT (certified orthopedic manual therapist) credential through the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine. He is currently pursuing advanced training in strain counterstrain through the Jones Institute. His treatment approach is a combination of movement and postural analysis and skilled manual therapy to obtain optimal results.
