Melissa Mercogliano, PT, DPT, OCS (Clinic Founder)
Melissa graduated from the University of Puget Sound Physical Therapy program in 1988. In 2006, she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She is an APTA board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and also has her certification in edema management.
Melissa is the owner and clinical manager of the Center for Orthopedic and Lymphatic Physical Therapy and is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Puget Sound in their Physical Therapy program.
Marijke received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2012 from San Diego State University where she was a undergraduate teaching assistant for Basic Anatomy. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. She has relocated to the Northwest and is continuing to advance her manual therapy skills and her desire to have a specialty in lymphedema management.
Marijke Edwards, DPT
Daniel Cammarata, PT
Dan joined COLPT with over 25 years of experience as a physical therapist. He has worked in a variety of settings including orthopedics, skilled nursing and home health. His passion is out-patient orthopedics using an osteopathic, hands on approach to therapy and brings compassion, understanding and expertise using the McKenzie approach to back and neck pain, vestibular rehabilitation and general orthopedics to the practice.
Matthew Kelly, DPT
Matthew received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst where he helped advise students interested in joining the healthcare field. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University on Long Island, New York. Shortly after graduating Matthew earned his LSVG certification (BiG program) and worked as a traveling therapist for a year to fulfill his passion of seeing the world. He then relocated to the Northwest and continues to advance his skills for orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.
Acacia Dyer, DPT
Acacia comes to COLPT after working in the in-patient orthopedics setting and as a clinical assistant in the Anatomy lab at the University of Puget Sound. She has a hands-on approach to physical therapy and uses her extensive knowledge of the surgical intervention to facilitate excellent physical therapy outcomes in the out-patient setting. In her student training, she learned about physical therapy for lymphedema and has joined the practice to work on honing those skills.
Siam "JoJo" Suthiboon, PTA
Siam “Jojo” Suthiboon graduated from Green River Community College in Auburn, Washington with his PTA degree after leaving a career with the airlines. He is a life long adventurer and became interested in physical therapy as a career while rehabbing his own injuries. He has spent his PTA career working with adults to restore their ability to function in activities of daily living and return to their desired recreation. He is a quick study and looking forward to expanding his physical therapy knowledge and skill set.
Anita Terranova, PTA
Anita joined COLPT after working for several years in the front office of a physical therapy clinic. She returned to school at Olympic College and earned her physical therapist assistant degree. She has a background as a personal trainer that she utilizes to enhance patient’s exercise, stretching and balance programs.
She is eager to learned and grow her skill set while she is working and mentoring at COLPT.
Cheryl Rogers, Practice Manager
Cheryl is responsible for the day to day operation of the clinic. Cheryl holds a bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Arts & Science from the University of Washington and certifications in Health Information Technology and Medical Coding. She has 12+ years of healthcare leadership experience in both hospital and medical office environments.
Rebekah Lewis, Front Office Lead
Rebekah is the front office lead at COLPT and is responsible for scheduling all patient appointments. Originally born in Houston, TX her family relocated to the great Northwest when she was nine. She has been in the healthcare industry for 16 years. Her professionalism and charming disposition make her the perfect person to coordinate your scheduling needs.
